入选“上海市青年优秀学术带头人、曙光学者、青年英才扬帆计划、卫健委优秀青年”等人才计划。
兼任上海市中医药学会中药分会常务委员、中国医药教育协会中医药教育促进工作委员会委员、世中联新型给药系统专委会理事等。
长期从事中药制药及药效物质基础研究。主持国家自然科学基金等10项课题研究,其中国自然基金项目3项。目前第一或通讯作者发表学术论文50余篇,其中SCI论文37篇,其中JCR一区论文15篇。授权国家发明专利10项,完成专利转让3项。参与制定ISO国际标准、中管局行业标准和上海市配方颗粒标准。开展多项经典名方和中药复方新药研究。
前期研究成果获上海市科技进步奖二等奖和中华医学科技奖三等奖。教学成果获上海市教学成果奖一等奖。指导大学生课外科技创新活动,获奖10多项,包括全国“挑战杯”竞赛一等奖和二等奖,上海市“挑战杯”特等奖和一等奖。个人获得上海市“五四青年”奖章、校“我心目中的好老师”“优秀研究生导师”“优秀共产党员”等荣誉称号。
